Terms and Conditions of Service
By accessing the kn9 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted the terms and conditions described below. Please read them carefully before these terms take effect, and if you disagree with any part, refrain from using the service. kn9 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered evidence of acceptance of the new terms. This document is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts shall apply in the event of any dispute.
Account Creation & Eligibility
To open an account on kn9, the user must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. A person may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account cancellation. The responsibility for keeping the account password and login details secure rests entirely with the user. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Only payment methods recognised in Bangladesh may be used for deposits and withdrawals on kn9, and the transaction currency will be Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum and maximum limits for each transaction will be specified on the platform. Deposited funds may not be sent from another person's bank account or payment method — only transactions from an account in your own name are acceptable. Withdrawal requests may take a specified number of business days to process and may remain pending until verification is complete. If any fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected, kn9 reserves the right to suspend the account and transactions.
Betting & Gaming Policy
All betting and gaming activities available on kn9 are conducted under recognised rules and terms and conditions. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, so please verify all information carefully before placing a bet. kn9 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical errors, disconnections, or unforeseen circumstances. Gaming results are determined entirely by random algorithms and impartial systems and cannot be manipulated in any way. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, kn9's system records shall be considered the final reference.
Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or system abuse on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Attempting to claim promotions or bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts. Impersonating any kn9 employee or representative to mislead other users is strictly forbidden. If the platform is used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, the relevant authorities will be notified. Account Closure & Suspension
Kn9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. Users may also request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed; however, balances may be forfeited in the event of cancellation due to a terms violation. Limitation of Liability
Kn9 is an entertainment platform and will not be directly liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming. kn9 will also not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnections, device errors, or issues with third-party payment systems. The user acknowledges that they are using the platform at their own discretion and at their own risk. If you connect to any third-party website or service, that service's own terms and conditions will apply, and kn9 is not responsible for their operations.
